If you just want to give it back to us...well...we understand sometimes that's just what needs to happen. So...here is the process for returning an item:
Before returning any product, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by email at email@example.com. NO returns, of any type, will be accepted without an RMA number. Please email the following information: customer name, order number, item to be returned, quantity being returned and the nature of the problem.
If you paid for the purchase with a credit card, your account will be credited back the amount of the purchase once the product has been received.
On all product returns, you are responsible for arranging shipment of the product back to the appropriate liquidsavvy.com warehouse. You may use UPS, FedEx, or any other ground parcel carrier of your choice and must provide tracking number.
If you are returning an item that is defective or shipped in error by liquidsavvy.com, we apologize for your inconvenience. We will reimburse you the delivery costs and the cost to ship the product back to us.
